is there a connection between injury and racing flats?
hey guys, i’m doing a project for school trying to figure out if there is a connection between the lack of cushion in racing flats and the injurys professional distance runners suffer from. these injuries are like runners knee, shin splints, nerve damage, achilles tendonitis, stress fractures. does inadequate footwear cause these injuries? are flats and racing flats bad for long distances?
